Alya encourages her to rethink her initial decision, seeing the emotional attachment that’s started developing.

According to our Corrie source, everyone close to Dee-Dee can see the beginnings of something special between her and the baby. Still, the situation is painfully complicated. Choosing to keep Laila would mean embracing motherhood—and simultaneously taking away James’s chance to be a father.

Dee-Dee subsequently heard a shocking follow-up: Danny had been put into an induced coma and was still in critical condition.
