Jeremy Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan announced news “from the cowshed” today as she confirmed that a baby calf had been born. Taking to Instagram to post an adorable video of mother and baby interacting, the Clarkson’s Farm fave shared how “relieved” she was that the struggling cow had finally given birth.

Marvelling at how “huge” the calf is, not to mention the size of the cow’s udders, she celebrated the new arrival at Diddly Squat Farm. Her update comes as fans learn that she is set to release a tell-all book – something which she confirmed on her Instagram account this afternoon (Friday April 11). Before, Lisa’s biggest claim to fame away from TV screens was having an apple juice named after her in partner Jeremy Clarkson’s pub, The Farmer’s Dog.

She’ll be revealing all about life behind the scenes – and according to her, there’s never a dull moment.

“Barely a day goes by at Diddly Squat without a brilliant or bizarre adventure,” she exclaimed in her announcement about the eagerly anticipated tome.

“I’m so excited to share this book of revelations, tips and trip-ups!”

She also clarified in a statement: “It tells the story of a year of crops, breeding, overalls and offspring on the farm, where bale twine is as valuable as a Wall Street commodity.

“It’s been a joy to write and I’m thrilled to be working with the good people at Penguin Random House to bring it into the world.”

Meanwhile, many fans have no clue about the lively and eventful life Lisa led before meeting Jeremy back in 2017.

The 51-year-old, who is 14 years Jeremy’s junior, was raised in Dublin and enjoyed careers as an actress, model and even sculptor.

Now she has traded in red carpets and catwalks for the much sleepier scene of Jeremy’s Oxfordshire farm – but, kept occupied by all the animals, she couldn’t be happier.
