Vicky Pattison has admitted to being “constantly exhausted” and “always crying about something”. The Geordie Shore star shared a candid look into her life and how she juggles being in the public eye.
She revealed her fears about having children and welcoming them into her little world with husband Ercan Ramadan. Vicky, 37, has long been open on her ongoing battles with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which she says turns her into “someone she doesn’t recognise”.
The couple have had a whirlwind romance having wed six months ago in Puglia, Italy, which followed an official ceremony in London last August. Vicky has since revealed their thoughts on having children after freezing her eggs two years ago.
She recently revealed they are thinking of starting trying for kids in the next year or two, yet has admitted her fears of welcoming them into her life.

In her extremely honest social media post, Vicky shared a series of raw and candid snaps of her feeling a wide range of emotions. She explained: “Timeline was looking a little bit too glam- So I thought I’d treat you to a cross section of photos of me 90% of the time.”
They featured some of her crying, eating, laughing, sleeping and behind-the-scenes getting ready snaps. Vicky said: “A quick scroll through this cheeky little app & you’d be forgiven for thinking everyone has their sh*t together.
“Because from the minute you open Insta you’re bombarded with smooth skin, tidy homes, happy relationships & perfect bodies. But it’s bulls**t. None of us look great all the time & absolutely none of have a f**king clue what we’re doing.”
She added: “Most of us are just winging it, hoping for the best & praying everyone around us doesn’t realise. But it’s tiring isn’t it? Perpetuating that image of perfection & the dangerous thing is you’ll never feel good enough.”
Vicky went on to say: “I don’t know about you.. but I don’t want to look back on my life & felt like I spent half of it trying to impress strangers on the internet, trying to be something I wasn’t, making it seem like I have it all figured out, exhausting myself to fit a narrative that makes other women feel small.

“So this is the REAL me.. constantly exhausted (& permanently terrified about how I’ll ever be able to manage adding children into this dumpster fire I just about survive every day), ALWAYS f***ing crying about something, fighting an ongoing battle with my hormones, double chinned, hungover, squishy, insecure, trackie wearing, pale, anxious, wrinkly…
“The list goes on. But this is me most of the time. Not the glam, polished, smiling woman who appears super confident & strong online..
“Life can be hard & the world is an absolutely terrifying place to be a woman right now.. don’t make it all worse by putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. Because most of what you see online is b*****ks and you’re doing great.”
Her open message came after she revealed her baby plans to OK! Magazine. “My mam had me at 30, geriatric back in her day… So if I can get one in before 40, I’ll be over the moon,” she laughed.
“Everyone thought we’d try for kids quite quickly – so did we! But we’re going to enjoy being married, for at least a year. I’d love a honeymoon first!
“A little week in the Caribbean would be lovely. We’re just desperate to sleep in the same bed together. I sleep with the dogs [they have two] and he sleeps in the spare room!”
Ercan, who is one of four boys, would love a “football team” of sons while Vicky, coming from “a long line of women who have women”, imagines a daughter first.
