JACQUELINE Jossa’s desperate attempts to save her marriage with Dan Osborne have failed.

Pals told The Sun that former Only Way is Essex star Dan confessed he no longer loved the EastEnders actress and wanted to move on with his life.

The pair confirmed their split on Sunday but it is understood Jacqueline, 32, who plays Lauren Branning in the soap, was keen to give her eight-year marriage to Dan, 33, another chance.

Yesterday, she was seen without her wedding ring as she wore an all grey outfit near a gym in Essex.

A source said: “Dan has fallen out of love with Jacqueline and there’s no way back for him.

“Jacqueline is absolutely devastated and will do anything to make it work.

“She’s putting on a brave face for social media but behind closed doors it’s a different story.

“Dan has told friends it’s over for him and while he won’t be rushing into a divorce, it’s not a question of if they will, but when.

“He wants to build and foster a positive relationship with Jacqueline for the sake of their children but says it’s over for good.”

The Sun On Sunday first revealed how Jacqueline and Dan had ended their marriage this week.

Earlier this week, friends told The Sun that Jacqueline was hopeful of a reconciliation with Dan.

They said she would not be “rushing into divorce” and was hoping he may change his mind.

Friends close to Dan said he was resolute however, adding: “For Dan, it’s over.”

Jacqueline and Dan have two daughters, Ella, ten, and Mia, six, as well as Dan’s son Teddy, 11, from a previous relationship.

Their marriage has been rocked by allegations that Dan had been unfaithful to his wife Jacqueline.

In 2020, he told The Sun: “I’ve made mistakes, I’ve done things I shouldn’t have.

“Me and Jac have spoken and she has forgiven me. I was a different person.”

He was suspected of having a fling with fellow Celebrity Big Brother star Gabby Allen in 2018 when the pair were seen cosying up on a yacht in Marbella.

Gabby, 33, denied it, saying they had cut contact.

In 2018, Dan was accused of having a threesome with Celebrity Big Brother contestants Chloe Ayling, 29, and Natalie Nunn, 40, after boozing. He denied it.

Six months later, he was snapped kissing Love Island star Alexandra Cane, 33.
