Gino D’Acampo and Gordon Ramsay’s feud appears to be raging on as the Italian chef “refuses to be cancelled”.
Despite their long lasting love-hate friendship and TV programmes together, Gino D’Acampo is reportedly angry at his ex-friend for a “smear campaign” against him.
It comes after the Italian chef was ditched by ITV amid allegations of sexual misconduct over a decade, which alleged victims described as “distressing”.
A source close to D’Acampo told the Daily Mail: “It’s quite clear that there has been briefing from a certain studio. There has been a lot coming out about his time with Gordon Ramsay and it is very anti-Gino.
“One minute they are working together and the best of friends. Then he leaves the Road Trip series and he is basically finished within a couple of years.”

Ramsay was reportedly “horrified” by D’Acampo’s behaviour while filming the TV show Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip, and sources claim he “felt it was time to step in and stop it”.
D’Acampo has continuously denied any allegations, and in his defence people said that he was told to play up to a “cheeky” on-screen persona.
One ally said: “Gino was told to behave as he did, in that naughty boy manner. This is what he can’t get his head around, and he will be making that clear when he thinks it’s time to speak out.”
D’Acampo’s friends say he “refuses to be cancelled” and will speak out when the time comes.
He continues to remain in the public eye through his large platform on social media, having shared a Valentine Day recipe to Instagram on Wednesday.
ITV previously said its production companies “have the primary responsibility for the duty of care of everyone they work with, both on and off screen, when making shows”.
It said most of D’Acampo’s “inappropriate and unacceptable” behaviour “were not reported to ITV at the time”.
The Daily Express has approached Gordon Ramsay’s representatives for comment.
