CHRIS Hughes was left breaking down in tears on Celebrity Big Brother after being branded a “gameplayer” by his co-stars.
The former Love Island star was on the receiving end of the comment as part of the show’s latest family-themed shopping task.

Whilst Chris initially appeared to brush off the comments, made by Angellica Bell and Ella Rae Wise, in a first look at tonight’s episode on yesterday’s Late and Live, Chris could be seen in uncontrollable tears in the Diary Room.
The comments appeared to surface when now axed housemate Daley Thompson suggested to Angellica and Ella that Chris and JoJo Siwa were “playing the game”.
He appeared to suggest that the pair knew what they were doing in order to occupy screen time and told Angellica and Ella of this just before he was evicted from the house.
It led to Ella saying that JoJo was playing the biggest game during a truth-telling Bingo task, seemingly based on Daley’s words.
Her comment stemmed from their close friendship with TV presenter Angellica later targeting Chris during the game based on the same assumptions.
In a heartbreaking moment, set to be screened in full tonight, Chris broke down in the Diary Room to Big Brother.
As Big Brother told him to take his time, Chris struggled with his words.
He later said through tears: “I’m literally just in here being me, living.
“I hate f***king toxic stuff in life like I hate environments.
“It just brings you down.”
During last night’s show, Chris ranted about Ella in the Diary Room following her comments.
He suggested Ella’s actions stemmed from jealousy over his growing friendship with JoJo.
He said: “She isn’t sweet on JoJo so there might be a jealousy thing there, I don’t know.
“She likes to have her two pence worth and if she’s out of a conversation she wants to be in it.”
Chris had earlier clashed with Ella during a segment of the task that involved learning a dance routine dressed as toddlers in Big Brother’s nursery.
At one point, he told her to “use her brain”.
The backlash intensified after Ella criticised JoJo and Chris for their reality TV backgrounds, calling them “professional reality stars and social climbers” who were “playing a game”.
