CHARLOTTE Dawson has been showered with praise by fans after sharing an honest post about postpartum life with nappies, leaky boobs, and all.
The reality star, 32, welcomed her daughter Gigi just days ago, and posed in her underwear holding her baby.

Keeping it refreshingly real, she proudly showed off her postpartum belly and stretch marks.
In a snap shared with her 1.3 million Instagram followers Charlotte said she still looked pregnant but was proud of what her body had achieved.
And the down-to-earth reality TV star is celebrating baby Gigi’s arrival by giving fans 25% off her tanning range.
She said: “Oh it’s a hard life Gigi & the boys loved their first tanning Thursdays with their baby sissy.
“Bit of a diff tanning glam post this is … Post partum lyf — leaky udders, nappies, Noah finds me hilarious, mummy wearing nappies hahahahaha and still looking like I’m prego… but I LOVE every minute of it!!”
The mum-of-three admitted she’d kept her glow going through labour thanks to her tanning products, joking: “My ultra dark tanning mousse made me glowy for birth!! Thank god I did my tan.”
Charlotte also revealed her joy after Gigi gained weight just five days after birth.
She added: “Her birth weight was 8lb 9oz — today on day 5 of her little lifey she is 8lb 12oz. So proud of myself and my udders!”
Fans flooded the comments to applaud Charlotte’s honesty, calling her an inspiration for showing the raw side of motherhood.
One wrote: “YOUR SO REAL!! Pads, breast pads, post partum belly, tired eyes and beautiful smile!”
Another gushed: “Firstly congratulations, secondly thank you for showing what post partum is really like and making it so normal. I love how real you keep even on socials where it can be so hard to be you.”
The former Celebrity Big Brother star gave birth to her third child with partner Matthew Sarsfield, 33, last weekend.
At the hospital, the couple took time to update their fans on Charlotte’s progress.
After giving birth, Matthew posted a video of his partner smiling as she gave her new daughter her first feed.
The pair currently share two children, son Noah, four, and Jude, 18 months.
The media personality broke down in tears as the pair later revealed she weighed a very healthy eight pounds and nine ounces at birth.
On social media she told her fans that the name of her daughter is Gigi Dawson Sarsfield.
She wrote: “My darlings I’m soooo excited to introduce our baby girl to you all.
“Gigi Dawson Sarsfield finally she arrived fashionably late like her mama but a very very speedy entrance into the world weighing 8lbs 9oz at 9:32pm on Saturday 8th March & arriving in true chuffin kweeen style on international women’s day.”
She added: “We are completely in love with her & so excited to be a fambo of 5 chaos but magical.. can’t wait to make the best memories!!
“I still can’t believe we have a BABY GIRL… I’ve dreamt of this moment for so long.”
