Singer-songwriter Anne-Marie has announced that she’s expecting another baby.
Anne-Marie, 33, shared the news in a video on social media today. It showed her cradling an apparent baby bump whilst miming and dancing along to her new song Don’t Panic, which was released as a single just last week. Alongside the clip of herself, she teased to fans in the caption: “Surprise.”
The former Brit Award nominee is already a parent to daughter Seven, one, with rapper Slowthai, 30 – whose real name is Tyron Frampton. Anne-Marie celebrated Seven’s first birthday earlier this week ahead of the announcement.
In the video, uploaded to platforms like X, former the Voice coach Anne-Marie is seen wearing an oversized grey jersey and white jogging bottoms whilst stood on a staircase. She performs along to her new song, including displaying various dance moves. As she clip comes to an end, she’s seen cradling her stomach to reveal an apparent baby bump and mimes: “Please don’t panic.”
The post has been met with well wishes from fans. One person wrote: “Omg my jaw dropped. SO HAPPY FOR U.” Another said: “Queen of hiding pregnancies. Congratulations.” A third commented beside a heart emoji: “Omg!!!!! Congratulations.” Someone else said in their response: “Amazing news. Massive congratulations.”

The news comes just days after Anne-Marie celebrated her eldest child Seven turned one. Alongside photos from the celebrations, she wrote in a post on Instagram on Monday: “Our baby is 1!! A year with the most beautiful soul. I hope you have loved your life so far. Our precious little book worm, you are so clever and funny. We can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives with you.”
Anne-Marie, who toured last year following Seven’s arrival, had previously described being a working with a newborn as “the hardest thing”. She told fans in August last year: “It is definitely the hardest thing working and being a mumma. I mean, it’s the hardest thing JUST being a mumma without the working part!”
She teased that “so many people” have “made it look so easy,” before adding: “But here we are, peas in a pod. We’re doing it.” Anne-Marie then described her months-old daughter as “so beautiful, “so chunky” and “so perfect”.
The performer then said that having the “best shows” over the summer had “helped” her. She said that “beautiful new memories” had been made with fans and teased that she couldn’t wait for them to “see what’s coming next”.
Towards the end of the year, Anne-Marie reflected on 2024 in a post that she shared on the platform. It came after her husband Slowthai was cleared of raping two women in 2021, as previously reported. In December last year, jurors came back after more than ten hours of deliberation following a trial at Oxford Crown Court to return not guilty verdicts on three joint counts of rape against him and his co-accused Alex Blake-Walker. Blake-Walker, 27, was also been cleared of one count of sexual assault.
Reflecting on last year – which also included Seven’s birth – Anne-Marie wrote before New Year’s Eve: “2024 the most beautiful yet hardest year of our lives. God really tryina see how strong I am hahaha. I miss you all and I love you all more than you’ll ever know. I have SO MUCH for you in the new year that you’ll probably be sick of me (please don’t be) have the best break if you can and see you soon.”
