A heavy PUNISHMENT has been handed down after PREGNANT Marnie Simpson caused a stir on social media by asking her husband, soon-to-be father of three, to put on a show for fans — singing while driving, his eyes drifting down to the phone resting on his lap.
AN X-FACTOR star has been seen using his phone at the wheel while driving his pregnant Geordie Shore wife down a busy motorway.
Marnie Simpson, 33, posted a video of former X Factor contestant and soon-to-be father of her three children, Casey Johnson, driving while his eyes were glued to his phone.

Pregnant Marnie asked her husband and soon-to-be father of three for a “performance” for their fans as he sang while steering the car and looking at his phone in his lap.
The singer, who was also a part of the boy band Union J, was spotted in the video driving his wife’s Mercedes G-Wagon on a road in Bedfordshire.
The video appears to show him using one hand to navigate an app on his phone, while the other one holds the wheel.
Further videos show Casey dancing around in the car and singing along to a song by hip hop artist Kendrick Lamar.
One of Marnie’s shocked followers told The Sun: “He thinks he is above the law.”
“I mean, how can you get away with that? You’re on your phone, on social media, while driving… It’s really terrible.”
“I was just scrolling through stories and she popped up. He’s not a responsible person. It’s shameful. He needs to focus on the road.”
“Someone in his position, a TV star, should know better. He could easily afford hands-free tech or just wait. It’s just reckless. [His behaviour] risks too many lives.”
“People want to know the stars they look up to are good people and this is just extremely disappointing.”
If caught using a phone while behind the wheel, drivers can be fined £200 and received six points on their license.
Marnie got married to Casey in 2023, after they met on an MTV dating show in 2017 called Single AF.
She announced she was having a third child with him last month. The two already share Rox, five and Oax, two.
