She helped Jeremy Clarkson save his pub – now Rachel Hawkins is giving someone the chance to win her £2.8m dream home in the Cotswolds.

Jeremy Clarkson’s pub fixer Rachel Hawkins is raffling off her £2.8m Cotswolds mansion — and it could be yours for just £10. Hawkins, known for her role in the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm, is putting up her £2.8m six-bedroom home in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, through Raffle House. For as little as £10—or the cost of a stamp for postal entries—participants have the chance to win the detached period property, which comes fully furnished and without any Stamp Duty or additional fees.

Hawkins, 40, purchased the Cotswold stone house for £750,000 in November 2015 and has since transformed it into a stylish residence she shares with her partner, former National Hunt jockey Will Kennedy, 43, and their five dogs. The 4,000 sq ft home, featured in House Beautiful, boasts a large family room with bi-folding doors leading to a patio, an alfresco dining area, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, sitting room, snug, office, boot room, and bespoke dog bed.

Situated just 10 miles from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm and a 20-minute drive from The Farmer’s Dog, the home offers proximity to a host of celebrity neighbours, including David Beckham, Ellen DeGeneres, Kate Moss, Calvin Harris, Vick Hope, Stella McCartney, and Prue Leith.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are also reportedly considering relocating to the area. Hawkins and her aunt, Sue Hawkins, have a reputation for revitalising failing pubs in the Cotswolds.

In Clarkson’s Farm, they assist Clarkson with the “massive, massive struggles” of opening his pub, advising on costs like £40,000 for patio umbrellas and up to £100,000 for kitchen upgrades.

That is about one per cent of it.” Beyond her pub ventures, Hawkins has run a company hiring out handcrafted British hats for events like Royal Ascot and Buckingham Palace garden parties.

In 2015, she won a trip to Cape Town for being the “best dressed” at the Goodwood Festival, though her partner was racing at the time, so Sue accompanied her. “We were looked after like royalty,” Hawkins said.
