Leslie Ash has shown off the results of her “facelift” in a new Instagram post.

The Men Behaving Badly star, 65, admitted she feels “10 years younger” after undergoing the transformative procedure.

Leslie Ash undergoes major transformation

The star has been undergoing a secret, non-invasive facelift for eight months now, which has transformed her appearance.

The actress has been having six hour-long treatments over the past few months with Dr Martin Kinsella, the results of which have left some of her friends wondering if she’s had a facelift.

“People keep saying to me: ‘What have you done? You look amazing!’ One friend of mine, who shall remain nameless, is convinced I’ve had surgery because the change was so dramatic, but I can assure you I haven’t,” Leslie said in an interview with NeoGenPlasma.

“It was really important for me to have a non-invasive treatment that achieves really natural looking results. I’d seen that Shirley Ballas and Linda Lusardi had great results with NeoGen and I know Linda, so it was easy for me to check it out and know that it was a respected treatment with good outcomes,” she then continued.

The actress then continued, saying: “Even after all that research, I couldn’t be sure if NeoGen would work for me, but I decided to give it a go and after a few sessions, I could start to see the improvement, and now, after six treatments, I think I look 10 years younger.”

Prior to her treatment, Leslie had been struggling with her visible signs of aging, which had impacted her self-esteem.

“I was really quite depressed about how I looked. I felt like I’d lost myself completely. I was doing quite a few Quadrophenia signings and events back then, and so I was constantly having to look at pictures of myself from 1979, when I was 18, and then when I looked in the mirror, I just didn’t recognise myself any more.”

“Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to look 18 again, and I know that’s not going to happen,” she added. “But I was looking tired and old, and my confidence was on the floor, so I decided to do something about it,” she then explained.

The star has been ridiculed in the past after a botched lip filler procedure in her forties. Newspapers were full of stories and pictures of Leslie with her so-called ‘trout pout’ after her lip fillers procedure went wrong.

This time, Leslie wanted a non-invasive treatment that wouldn’t impact her work schedule, which Dr Martin Kinsella provided her with. The treatment also isn’t painful, which is good news for Leslie as she admits she’s a “wuss” when it comes to pain.

Speaking about the results, she said: “It doesn’t look fake or overdone at all. It’s just me, but a much better version of me. My skin feels tighter and more plump, and the overall texture and tone is so much better. I can definitely say I look like I’m in my mid-fifties, so yeah, I’m happy with that, 10 years younger.”
