Harry Moulding was crowned the winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2025 and fans have taken to social media to share their theories after his impressive magic trick

Fans of Britain’s Got Talent believe they’ve cracked the secret behind winner Harry Moulding’s spectacular skydiving magic trick.

This evening (Saturday 31 May), the popular ITV talent show broadcast its 2025 finale, where a total of 11 acts took to the stage one last time in hopes of winning the public’s favour and being crowned BGT 2025 champion

The final line-up comprised of 10 acts who had been voted through, plus one wildcard act, Han and Fran.

Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli were on hand to critique the contestants’ performances, while Ant and Dec took care of hosting duties.

Finalists included The Blackouts, Vinnie McKee, Olly Pearson, Stacey Leadbeatter, Jasmine Rice, Ping Pong Pang, Joseph Charm, Hear Our Voice, Harry Moulding and Binita Chetry, reports Belfast Live.

However, it was magician Harry who emerged victorious, clinching the coveted 2025 Britain’s Got Talent title.

For his act, he performed an astonishing magic trick involving a video of him skydiving, during which he accurately predicted each of the judges’ cards both in the clip and on stage.

In another part of the magic trick, Harry had 50 pieces of paper, each bearing a word describing his BGT journey. Simon selected one, and Harry correctly guessed that the piece of paper read ‘dream’ at the end.

Nonetheless, viewers were quick to speculate on how he executed the impressive feat. Meanwhile, other fans were left spellbound as they lauded the gifted magician.

Twitter, now X, was abuzz with reactions to the magician’s performance, with one user questioning: “How much AI on the #BGTFinal magician’s video?”, another put: “Not my cup tea this AI magic #BGTFinal”, a different viewer wrote: “AI #BGTFinal”. Meanwhile, another person put: “#BGT he can see the card in the camera” and a different fan pointed out: “They have all put their card on the top #BGT.”

The method behind Harry’s spellbinding act remains a mystery, leaving audiences thoroughly impressed.

Admiration for the magician flowed with comments like: “I’m not usually a fan of magicians but this guy is brilliant and really enjoyable to watch #BGTFinal”, and endorsements such as “I dont care what anyone says but Harry Moulding deserves to win. All my votes goes to him #BGTFinal” and “Really want harry to win he’s amazing #BGTfinal.”

This comes after the contestant wowed both the audience and KSI, who awarded him the Golden Buzzer, catapulting him into the final. Earlier in the series, Harry also made headlines by proposing to his girlfriend on stage.
